PROFIL WISSEN

The Profil editorial team’s science magazine, No. 4: 3 December 2014 issue

“Processes of belief in Flirting Strategies”

Interview by Franziska Dzugan (PROFIL) with Prof. Hans-Ferdinand Angel. The article appeared in “WOZU RELIGION?”, a special edition of PROFIL-WISSEN to mark Pope Benedict XVI’s visit to Austria. The title “Processes of belief in Flirting Strategies" is reminiscent of a course on the subject of faith and processes of belief (Credition). To their surprise, students had discovered that the Credition communication model could also be helpful when preparing for dates. The idea was taken up when an event entitled “10 Years of Crew Members from the Graz Basic Science Conferences” was organised at the CreditionLab at Graz University of Technology. From the broader perspective of “Credition and Perception”, the workshop theme of “Fashion and Impact” emerged.

The photos for the profile feature were taken by Christian Jungwirth.

DIE FURCHE

Volume 69: Issue of 29 May 2013

“Faith and Belief – between the Brain and Mystery”.

DIE FURCHE was the first magazine to draw attention to the social relevance of this topic just one year after the Credition Research Project was established. The research project was first mentioned in an issue entitled “At the Pulse of the Mind”.
